As part of the marketing site and content strategy redesign, I recommended adding a robust Discovery feature to the GiveForward website. Seeing is believing and as much as we could explain our offerings and tout the benefits of our service on our website, click data showed that what our users really wanted was to:

  1. See other fundraisers, if they are starting a fundraiser
  2. Search for a fundraiser, if they are a donor

To meet the criteria of both these use cases, I designed an integrated Browse and Search experience that allowed users to find fundraisers fluidly in whatever form was most intuitive to them.
